How do credits work?
Video generation uses credits according to resolution and duration. The prompt builder is separate and free to open; follow its displayed cost.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active, and they stack with any free balance from promotions.
Which payment methods are supported?
Major credit and debit cards are supported via our payment processor. After payment, we redirect back to verify the order automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, and duplicate charges are refunded in full. Credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable. Statutory withdrawal rights (for example in the EU or UK) are not affected where they apply. Email gemini-omni-support@gushanai.com with your order ID.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Email support after the order completes and we will send a tax-compliant invoice for your purchase.
