How do credits work?
Each AI generation in the prompt builder consumes a small amount of credits. Your balance is shown in the top-right when signed in.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits you purchase do not expire and stack with any free balance from promotions.
Which payment methods are supported?
Major credit and debit cards are supported via our payment processor. After payment, we redirect back to verify the order automatically.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Reach out to support with your order id and we will process it.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Email support after the order completes and we will send a tax-compliant invoice for your purchase.
